Privacy policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains what data minai ([legal name], [address]) processes when you use min-ai.ar and app.min-ai.ar, what for, and what rights you have. Data controller: [legal name]. Contact: support@min-ai.ar.

1. What data we process

Your account: your email, your name, your time zone and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account's identifier.

Your agents: their settings, schedules and memory, your conversations with them, and the files you send them or they make.

Your channels: the identifiers needed to talk to you (for instance, your WhatsApp number, your Telegram or Slack user) and the credentials of bots and lines, stored encrypted.

Your connected services: your Claude or ChatGPT subscription's credentials and the keys you give your agents for their plugins, stored encrypted. If you link your own WhatsApp with the WhatsApp plugin, also the messages of your chats that the plugin stores so your agent can search them.

Usage: how much each agent uses (storage, runs, tokens), technical logs and, if you turn them on, your devices' data for notifications.

Payments: Stripe processes your payments; we receive the status of your subscription and invoices, but not your full card details.

2. What we use it for

To provide the service: so your agents work, talk to you on your channels and use the tools you gave them; to charge your plan; to tell you what happens with your account; to give you support; and to keep the service secure and improve it.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We don't use your conversations to train AI models.

3. Who we share it with

Only those we need to provide the service: Anthropic or OpenAI (what your agents process goes to the AI you connected, under your own account and its terms), Telegram, WhatsApp and Slack (to deliver your channels' messages), GitHub and the other services you connect through plugins, Stripe (payments), Google (if you sign in with Google), our email delivery provider and our infrastructure providers.

These providers may be outside your country; when that's the case, we do it with the safeguards the law requires. We may also share data when a competent authority legally requires it.

4. How long we keep it

As long as your account and your agents exist. Deleting an agent deletes its data. If an instance is blocked for non-payment or because its trial ended, its agents and data are deleted after 5 days.

Some data may remain in backups for a limited time until they're rotated, and we keep what the law requires us to keep (for instance, billing records).

5. Security

Each account runs isolated, in its own container. Credentials are stored encrypted, and your plugins' keys are entered through one-time links, never through the chat. Still, no system is completely secure: if we detect an incident that affects you, we'll tell you.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@min-ai.ar. We'll answer within the time the law sets.

In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the authority for Law 25,326, handles complaints from people whose rights are affected. If you're in the European Union or elsewhere with its own data protection laws, you also have the rights those laws give you.

7. Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to sign you in and for the app to remember your instance. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children

minai isn't meant for people under 18, and we don't knowingly process their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy significantly, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
