Questions
Do I need Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes: a Claude subscription (Pro or Max) or a ChatGPT one (Plus or Pro). Your agents run on it, so minai doesn't charge you for the AI. You can connect both.
Do I need to code?
No. Everything happens by talking to your agents; the app is there to look and tweak whatever you want.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your agents pause until you pick a plan. If you don't pick one within 5 days, they're deleted with all their data. We'll remind you first.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime, from the app. Moving up charges the difference until the end of your period right away; moving down or cancelling takes effect when the period you already paid for ends.
What about my data?
Each account runs isolated, in its own container. Keys are stored encrypted and never go through the chat. Delete an agent and everything of its goes with it.
Can I have more than one account?
Yes: one login can have several separate instances (say, Personal and Work), each with its own agents and plan.
